Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (WIB Monday–Friday, approximately 08:00–20:00 WIB) are typically credited within five minutes. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. kawa14 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the source account holder's name does not match the registered Account holder's name and to hold funds pending investigation.
Currency: All transactions on the kawa14 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kawa14 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion costs incurred at the payment provider level are the Player's responsibility.
Players may submit withdrawal requests to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified under their kawa14 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any ongoing security review.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of kawa14.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kawa14 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
kawa14's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kawa14 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed by kawa14 due to a confirmed breach of this Agreement, kawa14 reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the Account pending investigation and, where fraud or financial crime is established, to report the matter to relevant authorities and forfeit the funds.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kawa14 is registered and licensed to operate. kawa14 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and is subject to the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through kawa14's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. Players retain any non-waivable consumer rights that may be afforded to them under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
kawa14 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kawa14 will provide Players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the kawa14 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13 above.
